Notice to Summerlake Residents:

Carolina Power Washing, LLC will be onsite starting Thursday, January 9^th completing Power Washing services in your community. Please review the community map to see when your home is scheduled to be washed. Please be ready for us on your scheduled date. If heavy rain, lightening, or severe weather is forecasted for the day your home is scheduled to be cleaned, we may have to adjust our schedule. Updates will be posted daily on our website:  www.CarolinaPowerWash.com/HOA

We will be washing the exterior of your home and builder installed fence section only. No decks, concrete, or personal fencing will be cleaned as part of our contract.  If you would like your personal fence or driveway cleaned we are offering this at a discount on the day of your scheduled cleaning. 

Pre-payment for any of these additional items must be made no later than 1/7/20.  Please email ([email protected]) to make payment if you would like to add:

• Fence Cleaning – $35
• Driveway and Front Sidewalk Concrete – $55
• Rear Concrete Patio – $20

Please ensure the following have been completed before we can wash your unit:

• All exterior electrical outlets and light bulbs must be properly covered with exterior breakers turned off
• All windows and doors are closed and locked
• Please relocate any exterior decorations (wreaths, potted plants, flags, doormats, etc.)
• If you have an enclosed backyard, please make sure to leave your gate unlocked on the date your home is scheduled so we have access to the rear of your home
• We will need access to the entire exterior of your home, please move items away from your house to give us as much room to work as you can. Please move any vehicles or furniture away from your house. Soap and water may drip from houses onto vehicles, we will do our best to avoid this when possible.

**If exterior electrical outlets are not properly covered, windows are open, or if your gate is locked on your scheduled day your unit will not be washed**
